Overview

Wellington Place is a development by Crest Nicholson and was completed in 2009. The flat was first bought in 2009 and then by the current owners, Michael and Alison Barnes in 2013.

There have been three tenancies since the first owners moved from Tonbridge. Any correspondence for previous tenants should be returned to the sender or passed on to Mike and Alison.

The building is managed by Pembroke PropertyManagement who maintain the exterior and the internal communal areas and services. There is a quarterly service charge levied by Pembroke on the property owners to cover the provision of these services.

There is ground rent levied by the E&M Ltd on behalf of the owner of the building.
The service charge and ground rent are paid by Mike and Alison.

Note: the numbering of the flat and the original plot numbering during the development of the site are not the same. During the development Flat 17 was known as Plot 20. You may see this dual numbering in the meter cupboards and in some correspondence. If you are in any doubt please check with us.

Excellent local bus services are nearby and Tonbridge offers a regular 40-minute rail connection to Charing Cross, Waterloo East, Cannon Street and London Bridge.
